Submission Requirements
Authors must strictly comply with the Constitution of the People's Republic of China, the Basic Law of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of the People's Republic of China, the National Security Law of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of the People's Republic of China, and other relevant laws and regulations of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. They must ensure that the submission content complies with national laws and regulations and the legal Once a submission is accepted by the journal, the Chinese and English copyrights belong to the journal, including but not limited to the rights of publication, distribution, reproduction, and dissemination. Any illegal, content that endangers national security, or undermines the prosperity and stability of the Hong Kong region. By submitting, authors confirm that their submissions comply with the above legal requirements and assume full responsibility for the legality of the submission content.
Word count for English submissions: Around 8,000 words
Word count for Chinese submission: Around 12,000 words
Formatting requirements: Authors must format their submissions according to the journal's specified layout requirements (Click to visit Guide for Author). Submissions that do not comply with the journal's formatting requirements will be "directly rejected" without refund of the submission fee. Please carefully review the submission format before submitting to avoid unnecessary losses.
Plagiarism check rate: The journal conducts a plagiarism check during the initial review. The plagiarism rate must not exceed 15%.
AI rate: The journal checks the AI rate during the initial review. The AI rate must not exceed 19%.
Academic ethics: The submission must not have been published elsewhere or on any other platforms, and must not involve plagiarism, data fabrication, or other academic misconduct.

作者必须严格遵守《中华人民共和国宪法》、《中华人民共和国香港特别行政区基本法》、《中华人民共和国香港特别行政区维护国家安全法》以及香港特别行政区的其他相关法律法规。稿件一经本刊录用，其中英文版权即归本刊所有，包括但不限于出版权、发行权、复制权及传播权等。严禁投稿包含任何违法、危害国家安全或破坏香港地区繁荣稳定的内容。投稿即视为作者确认其稿件符合上述法律要求，幷对投稿内容的合法性承担全部责任。
英文稿件字数要求：8,000字左右
中文稿件字数要求：12,000字左右
格式要求：作者须按照本刊指定的排版要求对稿件进行格式编排（点击查看“作者指南”）。不符合本刊格式要求的稿件将被“直接拒稿”，且不退还投稿费用。请投稿前仔细核对稿件格式，以免造成不必要的损失。
查重率要求：本刊在初审阶段将对稿件进行查重检测，查重率不得超过15%。
AI生成内容比例要求：本刊在初审阶段将检测稿件中AI生成内容的比例，该比例不得超过19%。
学术道德要求：稿件不得已在其他任何地方或平台发表，且不得涉及抄袭、数据造假或其他学术不端行为。
